DIVERS DEN POLICIES

 

Walk on (Scuba and Snorkel tours)

 Reservations are held with a deposit of 50%. We require a 48 hour notice for cancellation if your plans change and you need to cancel or change your reservation. Failure to provide the required notice will result in your deposit being retained. 

PLEASE NOTE: This policy also applies to late arrivals resulting in missing your scheduled trip. 

It is important to arrive on time for check-in in order to avoid any disappointment. We make every attempt to keep our tours on schedule and value our customers time in this respect. Any bookings arriving late are subject to being denied access to the tour and will lose their deposit if Divers Den staff deem the late arrival will delay the scheduled departure. Please review the attached information sheet to your booking (or found on the Forms and Waivers page) in order to ensure you arrive on time.

 

Discover Scuba Diving

PADI Core Courses, Specialty Courses and Professional Courses

Course bookings are held with a deposit of 50%. Course deposits are non-refundable. Any requests for a date change require a minimum 2 week request and is subject to availability. 

 

Merchandise Purchase

Merchandise purchases are return for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original packaging/condition with proof of purchase.
